RE -it enaded by the legiflative council and hif' of reprefentatives of the Affippi territorp tn Arneral ajimby convened, and it is hbereby enaded: by the au- thority of the fame, That the fuperior courts for the following diftris, inflead of the times heretofore cfdablifhed by law, fhall be holdenon the days hereafter mentioned, to wit: in and for the difltria of Wafhington, on the fourth monday in September; in and for tde diftri6a of Adams on the third mondays in June and November; in and for the ditict of Jeffqrfon, on the firfi mondays in Auguft and January. SEc. 2. And be it further ena1ed, That all writs and other procefs which have been or thall be duly lued out and made returnable to the fuperior court for either of the diffrias aforefaid on the days on which the fame was to have. been held, previous to the paffing of this a6d; and all recognizances that have been or fhall be duly taken out and made fo returnable, 1hall be returned to, and proceeded upon at the next term of the fuperior court for the diffria, whichis hereby direaed. SEC. 3. fnd be it further onaOed, That the county courts for the different coun- ties hereafter mentioned, inflead of the times heretofore efiablifhed by law, thall be holden on the days following, to wit; in and for the county ot Jefferfun, on the fecond mondays in July and November; in and for the county of Claiborne, on the third monday in July and the fecond monday in December; in and for the cotnty of Wilkinfon, on the fourth mondays in Augufi and January and in and for the county of Wafhington..on the fourth monday in May, and the fecond mon. day in September.
