An ACT relating to prifoners and deferters from      the Britifh army and navy.
Deferters to be cxcml)t from all militia duty, during the war ; and they, as well as prifoners, are dif-
qualitied from a6ting as firbllitutes ; and 'every contract they may enter into, to oblige thenfeh'es to aRt
aS fiich, fhall be void. But they may, notwithllandiing, retain any money given to them ini virtue of
fuch contrats with perfons who knewtbcm to be delIrters or prifoners.
