Begun and. held, at Boflon, in' the County            of Suffolk, on Wedneflay
the Twenty-fixth Day of May, being the laft Wednefday in faid
Month, Anno Domni 1779, and continued by Adjournment to
Wednefday the Eighth Day of September following, and then met
at Boflon     aforefaid.

Refolve for fupplying the Committee to pay Accounts with a Sum of Money not exceeding
I£. 20,000 ; pafs'd September 8, 1779.
FEREAS it has been. reprefented to this Conrt that the Money appropriated at the
Ir     Iafl Se/ion of the General Court to pay fuch Accounts as might be allowed by the Corn-
i 7ittee on Iccounts is expended; and as it is neceffiry that a further Sum be appro-
priated for that Purpofe
Therefore Refolved, That the Honorable Council be and they hereby are authorized to
iffue .their Warrants from Time to Time on the Treafurer of this State, in favour of the
Committte appointedby Council to coucur in paffing Accounts, for fuch Sums as they (the
Council) fliall judge neceffary for the Payment of fuch Accounts, provided the A.mount of
fuch Warrants fhall not exceed the Sum of Twenty Thoufand Pounds. Said Commit tee to be
accountable for the Expenditure of the Money that they fhall receive.

Refolve .refpeaing a certain Building on Caflleifland belonging to Francis Gray;
pafs'd September 9, 1779.
Whereas by a Refolve of the 25th of june lafl, a Committee of both Hois was appointed to
repair to Caftlic-Ifland, to view a Building belonging to Francis Gray,, and coiffult with Cal. Revere
and Mr. Gray, and value faid Buidding, ad examine if it witl be for the Benefit qf this State
topurchafe it, which.Bufinef/ may be more conveniently executed by the Committee of nttification :
Therefore Befolved, That they be and hereby are direaced to view the aforefaid Building,
and report to this Court whether it will be for the Benefit of this St. -- to purchafe it, the R.folve
of the 25th of Yuns laft notwithflauding.
