CHAPTEILI.
An Act td reduce the Salary of the Ageat of the State at lndianapolio.
[APTRovE-JANUARY 22, 1825.]
Be it enacted by the General dssnembly of the State of India-
na, That the salary of the agent of the state at Indianapo-
lis,  shall hereafter be the sum of one hundred dollars, and, Salary of the

This act to take effect from and after its passa e.
CHAPTER II.
An Act giving further powers to the Agent cf the State for the town of
Indianapolis, and for other purposes.
[ArraovE-rnnUARY 12, 1825.
SEc..1. Be it enacted by the General~lssembly of the State of
Indiana, That the agent of the state for the town of Indiain- Agenttomnlce
apolis is hereby authorized And required to offerfor sale, sa 1i ofertain
on the first Monday in May next, -all the reserved lots in rserved lots,
the town of Indianapolis which are situated upon Washing-
ton street, and between Meridian aid New-Jersey streets;
alsolotnumber nine in square number fort)tvo, lots number
nine and five in square number forty-four, lots number one
and five in sitare numberfifty-seven, and lot numberone in
square number sixty-four; giving at least two mot1ths notice Public notice
of the time, place and conditions of such sale in the nei'spa- to be given.
