Pounds Eighteen Shillings and Six-pc' e, with thieut
d!ve thereon, did, on the thirteenth day of January, in
the year of our Lord One Thoufand Seven Hundred
and Ninety, make and execute to Dyre Kearney,
efquire, then Truitee of the Loan Office of Kent coun-
ty, a mortgage deed of lands within the faid county,
and alfo a bodd for fecuring the payment of the faid
fum of One Thoufand Five Hundred and Fifty-
three Pounds Eighteen Shillings and Six-pence, a-
greeably to the diredions, true intent and meaning
of the laid a& of the General Affembly : And where-
as, upon the memorial of the faid John Vining, the
mortgagor, and others, the heirs, devifees, and re-
prefentatives of the aforefaid John Vining, deceafed,
certain Commifflioners were appointed to refettle, and
fully inveftigate, the accounts of the (aid John Vin-
ing, efquire, deceafed, as Truffee of the General
Loan Office of Kent county, who reported to the
General Affembly in favour of the faid memorial-
its : And whereas other Comaiflioners were ap-
pointed,
