793.                An ACT for docking eflates tail.
SECTION r.       E it enaried by the Senate and Hoife of
S.D   Reprefentatives of the fate of Dela-
rerenstires of 'ware, in. General AJembly met, That any perfon or per-
;any eftate tai, fons, feifed of any eftate tail, in pofleffion, reverfion,
foal ave noneor renainder, fhall have full power to grant, bargain,
Veyth fame;  ell, and convey any lands, tenements, or heredita-
ments, whereof he, fhe, or they (hall be fo feifed, (a)
by fuch inanner, and form of conveyance or affurance
as any perfon feifed of an eftate in fee firnple, may
by the laws of this fiate, grart,.bargain, fell and con-
vey any lands, tenetnits, or hereditaments, whereof
fuch irfon is feifed of an eftare in fee fimple; arid
all and every fuch grants, bargains, fales and con-
veyaices
