An Act to incorporate the Mddleto=uFire Insur-
ance Company.
la t i Ei t enacted by the Governor and Council and
JLJ  House of Representatives in General Courf,
assc.-lmted. That John R. Watkinson, Elijah Hubbard,
Samuel Wetmore and Jonathan Huntington and their
associateq, shall be, and they are hereby created and
made a Corporation and body politic, by the name and

by that name, shall be and are hereby made capable name.

said Corporation, not being contrary to this' chartereor

§ 2. T'he capital stock of said company shall be one Capital Stock.
