Month of )ykl annually, On the pu'blic Sign Poll in every Town,

Town, therVbj giving Notice to all Perfwis obliged by Law to pay
Taxes, to give in their refp'e&i'e I ifts according to Law. Wihich
Wa'riigi lo'poled up as aforefaid, fhall be fu icient to fuch Perfons
to give in their Lifts to the Lifters. And th'e inhabitants being
fo warned, :fhafl give in' to the Lifters in Writing a true Account
6f al their liftable Polls,' and of all other rateable Eftate; being
their Proiert?, or belordging to iNra, on the twentieth of Alugfl
ollowi'ng. at or befote the tenth Day of September following, pardi-

After exprefly valued, figned with their Names ; which Accounts
the faid Lifters hall accept, adding thereto, according to their belt
J'udgment, a Value for all Things hereaffer mentioned in this A&

Mo 6V  gen'eral Lift. And every Perfon or Perfons having any
Land or real Eftate proper to be rited in any other Town than
*here ftUch Perfon dwells; fliall' give in to the I.ifers of fuch
Towns where fuch Eftate doth lye, a true Litt thereof,' in the
Manner before mentioned, without any Warning giye'n by the
Lifters of the Town where fuch Eftate is liable t. be rated as
