GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF TILE STATE OF CONNECTICUT.
MAY SESSION, 1868.
At a General Assembly of the State of Connectieut, holden at
iartford, in said Stale, on the first Wednesday of M1ay, in
the year of our Lord, one thousand eight hundred and
sixty-three:-

APPORTIONING THE STATE APPROPRIATION TO AGRICULTURAL
SOCIETIES IN LITCIIFIELD COUNTY.
Resolved by this Assembly, That tlile agricultural societies
located in Litchfield county, receive from thc State treasurer,
for the ensuing year, the sum of two hundred dollars only,
any law to the contrary notwithstanding: said sum to be divi-
ded equally among tile five incorporated agricultural societies
in said county; provided, that each of said societies raise a
sum equal to the amount such society receives from the treas-
urer. If any of said societies fail to raise such sum, then the
money which would have gone to them shall be divided among
the societies raising the required sum.
