PASSED AT THE MAY SESSION, 1802.
At a General .Assembly of the State of Connecticut, holden at
New Jiaven, in said State, on the first Wednesday of .May,
in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and
sixty-two:-

INCORPORATING THE ]RIDOEFIELD AGRICUL'rIRAL SOCIETY.
Resolved by this Assembly :-SEe. 1. That Calvin It. Ken-
dall, William Howe, Hiram K. Scott, R. Raymond Keeler, E.
Burr Sanford, Charles Smith 2d, Harvey K. Smith, Jared N.
Ohnstcnd, Joshua I. King, Cyrus Northrop, E. Fraucis Foster,
and William 0. Seymour, together with Such persons as may
hereafter become associated with them, be, and they are here-
by incorporated by the name and style of The Ridgefield Ag-
ricultural Society.
SEC. 2. Said society, by said name, shall be capable in law
