and (13) That Prohibited Election Day Distrib-
ution or Use of a List of Recommended Candi-
dates; and to Repeal Arkansas Code 7-1-104
(6) That Prohibited the Use of Replica Ballots
to Inform Voters; and for Other Purposes.

AN ACT to Repeal Laws That Prohibited Election
Day Distribution or Use of a List of Recom-
mended Candidates and That Prohibited the
Use of Replica Ballots to Inform Voters.
Be It Enacted by the General Assembly of the State
of Arkansas:
SECTION 1. Arkansas Code 7-1-103 (11), (12)
and 13) and Arkansas Code 7-1-104 (6) are
repealed.
SECTION 2. Arkansas Code Annotated § 7-5-
206 is hereby amended to read as follows:
7-5-206. Publication requirements.
(a) The commissioners of each county shall
make publication of all nominations filed with them,
of all nominations certified to them by the Secre-
tary of State, of all proposed amendments to the
Constitution, and other questions certified to them
by the Secretary of State, or required by law to be
submitted to the electors at any election, by posting
a list thereof at the door of the courthouse at least
ten (10) days before the day of the election.
