Passed March 6, 1860.
1. Be it enacted by the general assembly, that the Additionalappro.

missioners to audit and pay the expense incurred by the
executive for the purchase of arms and for the defence of
the commonwealth, passed twenty-third January eighteen
hundred and sixty, shall continue to audit the claims which
they are authorized to audit and pay by said act, and to
issue warrants on the treasury for the amount due and
unpaid, under the limitations and restrictions imposed by
said act; and for that purpose, an additional sum of se-
venty-five thousand dollars shall be and the same is
hereby appropriated, to be paid out of any money in the
treasury not otherwise appropriated.
2. In the payment of any claim hereafter presented to Claim not to be
