and Property.

Be it enacted by the general assembly, that so much of
chapter thirty-five of the Code of Virginia, not heretofore
repealed, and the act passed May twenty-Fourth, eighteen
hundred and fifty-two, entitled an act to amend the provi-
sions of the act passed April twenty-fburth, eighteen hun-
dred and fifty-two, entitled an act concerning cominis-
sioners of the revenue, and all acts amendatory thercof,
be amended and rencuacted so as to read as fbllows:

1. There shall be three commissioners of the revenue Nun,mr (if com.

for each of the counties of Franklin, Loudoun, PittsylvMia counties named.
and Rodkingham ; two for each of the counties of Acco-
mack, Albemarle, Augusta, Bath, Barbour, Bedford, Bote-
tourt, Brunswick, Buckingham, Campbell, Caroline, Car-
roll, Charlotte, Chesterfield, Culpeper, Dinwidulie, Frede-
rick, Fauquier, Giles, Grayson, Grcenbrier, Haliflax, Hamp-
shire, H-Ianover, Hardy, H arrison, Henrico, Hemy, Ka-
rinwha, Louisa, Lee, Lewis, Marshall, Marion, Mason,
Mecklenburg, Montgomery, Monongalia, Monroe, Nanse-
:mdnd, Norlolk, Ohio, Preston, Prince William, Patrick,
R.andolph, Rockbridge, Russell, Sheniandotolh, Sihamp-
ton, Spotsylvania, Smyth, Scot, Sussex, Tazewell, Wash-
ington, Wayne and Wythe; one for every other county rumbrofconi.
