opinion of the directors of said asylum, to complete entirely the neces-
sary out-buildings, in conformity with tle present enlarged plan of said

Fuands of    tylum,e  Be it further enacted, That from and after the first day of July next,
t bekept°and  the treasurer of said Western asylum, upon the receipt of moneys in
paid out   his official capacity, whether by appropriations of the general assembly
or from any other source, shall immediately thereupon deposit the same
in the office of discount and deposit of the Bank of the Valley in Vir-
ginia at Staunton, to the credit of the treasurer of the Western lunatic
asylum; and it shall not be lawful for the cashier or other officer of said
bank to pay out said money so deposited upon the order, draft or check
of said treasurer, except it be in such form as shall be prescribed to said
bank by the court of directors of said asylum.
Commencement.  3. This act shall be in force from its passage.

new building now being erected, and to furnish the said asylum with a
sufficient supply of water, the sum of eleven thousand fivo hundred
dollars be and the same is hereby appropriated out of any money in the
treasury not otherwise appropriated ; and the auditor of public accounts
is hereby directed to draw his warrant on the treasury in favor of the
treasurer of the said Eastern asylum, upon the order of the board of di-
rectors of said asylum, authorizing him to receive the same, for the said
sum of eleven thousand five hundred dollars, to be applied by the said
directors to the purposes aforesaid.
Commencement.  2. This act shall be in force from its passage.
