Wen o,tr. I  I. Be it enacted by the gcntial assemnbly, That hereafter it shall
maY k or 'vioslln not be lawful fur the citizens of this state, or any otler state, to take
rivers.     or catch more than one bushel of oysters per day, and that only for
the use or his or her table, in the months of June, July and A ugust,
in or from the waters of York or Poquosin rivers and their branches;
