that there were sundry judgments against said Morse which were sa-
tisfied out of the said sum of four hundred and forty dollars; which,
together with the eseheator's fees and commissions, the expenses of
sale and fec to the attorney for prosecuting inquest, amounted to the
sum of three hundred and fifty-one dollars seventy-eight cents, leav-
ing the sum of cighty-eight dollars twenty-two cents, the nett pro-
ceeds of sale, which was paid by the said escheator into the treasury
for the benefit of the Literary fund :
