of the addition to said town hereby authorized, or may order any
change in the plan, as they may deem proper and be satisfactory to
the parties interested, until all objection be obviated, and the said
court shall themselves approve the same, which plat or drawing of
the plan of the addition aforesaid, shall then be recorded as herein
before directed. And after the same shall be recorded in manner Authenticated
aforesaid, any true copy thereof, attested by the clerk of said court, dloee
shall be read as evidence in any controversy relating thereto, in tie
same manner, and shall have the same weight of evidence as if it
were the original.
3. Be it further enacted, That so much of the third section of the 'rutecs to be

years, shall be and the same is hereby repealed ; and that hereafter

now prescribed for a biennial election, viz : on the first Monday in
May ; and the trustees so elected shall have the same powers, and
perfbrm the like duties as their predecessors elected biennially as
prescribed by and referred to in the act above cited, and also under
this act.
4. And be it further enacted, That should it so happen from any if not so elected,

may be had upon ten days notice given by any two or more freehol-
ders or housekeepers of said town, posted on the front door of the
courthouse and at the door of the principal taverns in said town, of

son, or one of his deputies, to attend in said town annually at the
time, or upon notice given as aforesaid, and conduct such election
in the same manner as directed by the act, entitled an act to reduce 9 a. C. r. -M, p.

for supplying vacancies in the same, passed March the second, eigh-
teen hundred and nineteen.
5. This act shall be in force from the passing thereof.      Conmencement.
