CUA. 293.-Ar ACT to authorize Samuel Taylor to convey the interests of
his grandchildren in the tract of Iand called Flatlick.

Preambleo.     Whereas it has been represented to tile legislature of Virginia
that it would be in a high degree beneficial to the devi:ces under
the will of Creed Taylor tile elder, deceased, that a portion of his
real estate, called  Flatllck, lying in the county of Cumberland,
8hould be sold for the payment of a debt due from his estate to
William Wilson of the said county, and which the adult devisees
of tile said tract of land have contracted to sell and convey to him
lbr that purpose, in order to save the retnaining shlves, now the
only productive part of the testator's estate; but two of the devisees
of the said tract of land, to wit: Samuel Creed Gholson and Ann
Janoe Gholson being infantis, their interesti; in the said landii can not
be conveyed to the said Wilson and his heirs without aid fron the
legislature :
HarmuolTaylor  I. Be it therefore enacted, That Samuel Taylor of the town of

fant devisces in the said tract of land, to the said William Wilson,
his heirs and assigns, in fee simple.
Caronacoment.  . This act shall be in force from tile passage thereof.
CuAiP. 294.-An ACT concerning tihe sale of a tract of land sold by the guar-
dian of' Elizabeth P. Watkins.

Proamble.     Whereas Richard Booth, guardian of Elizabeth P. Watkins, did,
by contract with BIenjanin Tucker, sell to the said Benjamin
Tucker the interest of the aforesaid Elizabeth P. Watkins in a
tract of land in tha county of Dinwiddie, called  -Mount Airy,
and it appearing that the sale afibresaid would be highly beneficial
to the said Elizabeth P. Watkins : h'lherefore,

purpose, all the estate, right, title and interest of the said infant in
the said tract of land to tile said Benjamin Tucker, his heirs and

CnAt,. 295.-An ACT authorizing time sale of the lands of Peter Zelufl, in the
county of Nansenond.

Preanbit.    Whereas it is represented to the general assembly by Eleanor
Zelufr, widow and relict of Peter ZelulT, deceased, and as guardian
of .iohn ZelutT, Alethia Ann Zeluf and Joseph Zeluff, children and
devisees of tile said Peter ZelufT, of the town of Nortlfield, county
of Richmond, and state of New York ; that the said Peter Zeltrif
died seized of a tract of land in Nansemond county, and state of
Virginia, the sale of which will very materially benefit tile devisees;
that the testator, by his will, gave to his widow all his estate, both
real and personal, (except some part thereof left to Magdalen Squir.r,
wife of William Squier,) during her single life, then to his children
