lina, entitled, an act to incorporate the Roanoke, Danville and Junction

Whereas it is represented that the general assembly of the corn- Proambole
monwealth of North Carolina hath passed an act, entitled, an act
to incorporate the Roanoke, Danville and Junction rail-road com-
pany, in the words following, to wit:
1. Be. it enacted by the general assembly of the state of North Books for sub-
