CHAP. 264.-An ACT 9oncerning Edmund Wyche.
[Passed Alarch 8,1634.]
1. Be it enacted by the general assembly, That Edmund Wyche Sum allowed Ed-

longing to him, which were rode in pursuit of the negroes during
the late insurrection in the county of Southampton, and so much
injured by excessive fatigue as to die in that service; and the audi-
tor of public accounts is hereby authorized and required to issue a
warrant on the treasury in favor of the said Edmund Wyche, for
the same, to be paid to him or to his representative, out of any mo-
ney therein not otherwise appropriated.
2. This act shall be in force from its passage.            Commencement.
ChAP. 265.-An ACT concerning David W. Sleeth, and others.
(Passed March 13, 1M4.)
1. Be it enacted by the general assembly, That David W. Sleeth, Sums allowod sun-
sole surviving heir of John Sleeth deceased, who was a sergeant in 'vpersonaryre-

sum of one hundred and thirty dollars, for thirteen months ser-
vices of his said father as sergeant as aforesaid, and Joseph Parsons,
John Tucker, James Brown, and Phebe Cunningham, widow of
Thomas Cunningham deceased, shall be allowed the sum of one
hundred and four dollars each, for their serviceg as privates, for the
same time in the said company; and the auditor of public accounts
is hereby authorized and required to issue a warrant on the treasury,
in favor of the said Sleeth, Parsons, Tucker, Brown and Cunning-
ham, respectively, for tie same, to be paid to them or their repre-
sentatives out of any money therein not otherwise appropriated.  Commencement.

CHAP. 266.-An ACT divorcing Jos( ph Gresham from his wife Sarah W.
(Passed February 15, 1634.)
1. Be it enacted b9 the general assembly, That the marriage Joseph Greshaun
heretofore solemnized between Joseph Gresham of the county ofdieorced.
James City, and Sarah W. his wife, formerly Sarah W. Christian,
be, and the same is hereby dissolved, and the said Joseph forever
divorced from tie said Sarah W.; and that all right, interest or claim
of the said Sarah W. in or to the estate, real or personal, of the said
Joseph, or any part thereof, by virtue of the said marriage, shall
cease and determine henceforth and forever.
2. This act shall be in force from the passing thereof.    Commencement.
CirAP. 267.-An ACT divorcing William P. Bayliss, from his wife Rebecca.
(Passed March 6, 1834.]
1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia, That the William P. nay-
marriage solemnized between William P. Bayliss of the. county of   divorced.
Fairfax, and Rebecca isis wife, formerly Rebecca Birch, shall be and
the same is hereby dissolved, and the said William forever divorced
