( Passed January 29th, 1829.) I. Be it enacted by the General Aissembly, That John G. Catlett, Trustces appoint- William F. Gray, William S. Quesenberry, Philip Lightfiot, ed. Be it further enacted, That before any trustee of the Said Trustees to taljp town shall enter upon the duties of his office, he shall take an oath orolice. oath or affirmation before some justice of the peace of the county of Caroline, faithfully and impartially to discharge the same.
