JiIAPTER 180.-An act to revive the tobacco inspection at the town or Brook
Neal in Campbell county, and for other purposes.
(Passed February 19th, 1828.)
1. Be it enacted by the General JIssenably, That the inspection of Tobacco in pee-

1. Be it enacted by the General A$ssembly, TIhat twenty acres of Town nf N,141,1:
land at the place called Mount Sidney, on the main' Valley road 6idnev ,,ahtli.
in the county of Augusta, as now laid oir into lots, streets and
alleys, by Henry B. Roland, and Hugh Glenn, on their own lands,
or as may hereafter be further laid oil, anti extended, into lots,
streets and all ys, according to the same plan, and corresponding
thereto, shall be, :1id the sante is hereby established a town by
the name of Mount Sidney.
2. Be it further enacted, That Henry B. Roland, Hugh Gicnn, Trustees pp oint-
