Town of City.   1. Be it enacted by the General )ssembly, That fifty acres of
Point established. land, at the place now called and known by the name of City.
Point, in the county of Prince George, bounded by James and
Appomattox rivers, and a straight line from Cool Spring on the
Appomattox, to such point onl the James, as will include the afore-
said quantity, so soon as the same shall be laid off' into lots, with
convenient streets, be established a town by the name of City-
Trustees up-  Point; and that Benjamin Cocke, Horatio Moore, John H. Pc.
