Repealing clause.  11. And be it enacted, That all acts and parts of acts, coming
within the purview of this act, shall be and the same are hereby
repealed.
Cornseneement.  12. This act shall commence and be in force from and after the
passing thereof.
CHAPTER 115.-An act concerning George 13. Tayldr.
[Passed February 2d, 1821.]
Authority given to  I. Be it enacted by the General Assembly, That it shall and
* ereeta wharf on nay be lawfuml for George It. Taylor, his heirs and assigns, and
public beach at
Bermuda llun- lie is hereby authorised and permitted to erect a wharf, not ex-
dred.         ceeding one hundred feet iii width, ror the convenience of moor-
ing an( loading vessels, on such part of the'public beach at Ber.
inuda Ilundred, in the county of Chesterfield, as he may deem
best calculated for the purpose.
To use for that  2. Be it further enacted, That the aid George B. Taylor is
nor one buntch hereby authtorised to use so much of the ballast, now on the beach
at Bermuda Hundred, as may be required to complete the aflore-
To hold and enjoy said wharf. And, as a remuneration for the trouble amid expanse
.such whaf fur thereby incurred, he shall hold and enjoy the same for a period not
twenty years.
Proviso.      exceeding twenty years from the passage of this act: Provided,
however, That, if the said wharf shall not be completed in a
good and substantial manner within two years, to be computed
ftrom the passage heretf, (to be approved of by Edward H. Bois-
seau of Chesterfield, Temple E. )einoville of Charles City, and
Robert Folks of City Point, who shall report the same to the
county court of Chesterfield,) then the said George 1. Taylor,
his heirs and assigns, shall be deprived of the benetit of this act.
Ommencement.    3. This act shall be in force from the passing thereof.
CHAPTER lIG.-An act eoncerning William Walker administrator of John S.
Walker, deceased.

t   on,      hundred and nineteei, by the county court of Cumberland, and
valued at the sum aforesaid bythe said court ; but whose sentence
was changed to transportation by f lie executive, and who broke
Jail and made his escape;) to be by him accounted for as part of
the personal estate of the said decedent; and the auditor of pub-
lic accounts is hereby authorised and required to issue a warrant
on the treasury for the said sum of six hundred dollars, to the said
William Walker, administrator as aforesaid, to be paid'out of any
monies therein not otherwise appropriated.
