Rent for hog,,hrii   Be it further enacted, That, there shall be paid to the pro.
lying more tIlan 12 prietors of the warehouse aforesaid, for all tobacco lying therein
month,.       more than twelve months, at the rate of ten cents per month for
each hogshead, to be paid to and accounted for by the inspectors
in like manner, as other rents.
Dity on tobacco in-  S. -Re it further enacted, That there shall be paid to, and re-
ceived by the inspectors at the said warehouse, the sum of seven-
ty-five cents, in addition to the rents hereby allowed to the pro-
prietors, on every hogshead of tobacco whic, shall be received
anl inspected at, and delivered out of such warehouse, when de-
livered, by the person who shall take out the same.
lnspcetor mhen to  4. And be it farther enacted, That the inspectors at the afore-

o tr~aury.  for all monies received or which ought to be received by them in
pursuance of tiis act, on the tenth day of October in every year,
in which accounts they shall lie allowed their salaries, the rents of
the warehouse, and all other necessary disbursements as iereto-
fore.

nually settled and allowed by the court of Spottsylvania, and

life in the year eighteen hundred and sixteen intestate, leaving
