sheriffis shall collect and acount for the saine in the same man-
ner in every respect imttever, as is hervin prescribed in the col-
lection of other arrearages of land tax i their said counties.
The clerks of the several couuties for failing to deliver any
list or lists as aforesaid shall be liable to a penalty of fifty dol-
