BE it enacted b the General.Assembli, That the pphlie taxes Taxes, for:1814&,
for the year eighteen hundred atta fourteen .hall-be -S  .......
follows, to wit: oi lands for every one indred dollrs value On lands;
agreeably to the equalizing law. eighty five 'cents; for evi-ry Slaves;
slave above the-age of twelve years, except such 9s, have. bes n
or may be exempted, in conseqienee of age or infirmity, by the
respective county or corpoation courts, seventy nine rents; for . ,.  Jaak
