 Walker, Guardian of Edmund H. Vaughan, be, and
hi ib hereby authoried to remove into this state, from the state
of North Carolina,' without incurring any fine or f6rfeiture in
conscquence thereof, sundry slaves the propertyj.6f the said
]'.dmund H. Vaughani; and Which wvere hired by. his guirdia
iforosaid, in the said state of N6rth Carolina: Provided, That
the: said Rtchard H.' :Walkei 'shall, within six weeks after the
renmti 1f' the said slaves, 'causethem to be registeredin the
clrk's officelofgMecklclnburg county, describing them by their
