S.          hundred, and one thousnd eight hundred and one, for the s,u% of
seventy four dollars, ninety-fotir cents, which the said James
'1llhany in his lifetime, paid on the order of Lieutennt Col-
noel Joseph Lane, of the fifty sixth-regiment, for repaira done to
a ffehl piece, which credit has nev:er been allowed, tbere being
no law peciaily providing for such cases.
Commellceaent.  2. This act shall be in, force from the passing thereof.
