or a majority of thema, are authorisud, and arc lit reby directed, to
fix the permanent seat ofijustice within the counties of Amherst
and Nelson, at the most convenient pla:e within the same, and to
cause the same to he made known to the courts of the said counties,
on or before the first day of November next.
11. This act shall commence'and be in force, froni and after the Commencement.
