CHAPTER 130.
AN ACT to defray the expenses of the General Assembly of the State of Tennessee,
with the Report of the Committee on Finance.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
the State of Tcnnessee, That the Comptroller of the
Treasury issue his warrant to each member of the Senate
and House of Representatives for the sum stated to be due
to each in the annexed Report of the Committee on
Finance.
SEC. 2. Be it further enacted, That the Comptroller
issue his warrant to the officers of the Sehate and House
of Representatives, viz: To John McClarin, for one thou-
sand and fifty-six dollars ($1,056,) for one hundred and
seventy-six days' service as principal clerk of the Senate;
to Frank M. Paul, for one thousand and fifty six dollars
($1,056,) for one hundred and seventy-six days' service as
assistant clerk of the Senate; to J. E. Bennett, for seven
hundred and four dollirs ($704,) for one hundred and
seventy-six days' service as doorkeeper of the Senate; to
R. S. Bugg, for seven hundred and four dollars ($704,)
for one hundred and seventy-six days' service as messenger
of the Senate ; to Fred. S. De Wolfe, one thousand and
fifty-six dollars ($1,056,) for one hundred and seventy-six
days' service as first assistant clerk of the House of Rep-
resentatives; to Jnto. A. Campbell, for one thousand and
fifty-six dollars ($1,056,) for one hundred and seventy-six
days' service as engrossing clerk of the House of Repre-
sentatives; to Jno. E. Helms, for three hundred and ninety-
six dollars ($396,) for sixty-six days' service as third
assistant clerk of the House of Representatives; to A. G.
Martin, as fourth assistant clerk of the House of Repre-
sentatives, for two hundred and thirty-four dollars ($234,)
for thirty-nine days' service; to J. M. Carter, for seven
hundred and four dollars ($704,) for one hundred and
seventy-six days' service as principal doorkeeper of the
Irouse of Representatives ; to F. P. Wade, for seven
hundred and four dollars for one hundred and seventy-
six days' service as assistant doorkeeper of the House
of Representatives.
SEc. 3. Be it further enacted, That the Comptroller of
the Treasury issue his warrant to the following persons for
stationery, &c., &c.:
To F. Hagan, for articles, per voucher No. 1.... $319 88
Macey & Hamilton .....................No. 2....  53 58
A. C. & A. B. Beech...................No. 3.... 292 25
