shall possess all the rights, immunities, powers and
privileges, and be subject to all th'e restrictions, liabili-
ties and responsibilities of the Nashville Stone Dress-
ing Company.

CHAPTER CLVIlI.
AN ACT to provide for free indigent children of color, in this State.
Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of
Tennessee, That it shall and may be lawful for the
county court of any county in this State, when it shall
satisfactorily appears that there are any free child or
children of color in thir county, who are in a destitute
and suffering condition, and whose parent or parents
are unable to furnish them a support, and when it shall
satisfactorily appear, that it would be for the advan-
tage of such child or children to be bound out to some
suitable person, the county court shall have the power
to bind out such child or children, upon such terms and
conditions as the court may deem expedient.
