Be it enacted by the General Asseinbly of the
Stute of    ICnneSsee, W neIrtrMs, John Akins,
of Wi re county, State of 'Terinessee, executed
his i lat will and testaiment on the 191h day of July,
in 'the y ear of our Lord, 1821, and has sirice de-
parted thislift, leavirig said will arid testamrent
unirevoktd, tire execution of which vill and itsia-
neut was proven in WIVnae county court, at their
Di-ce beihr sessions, 1821 ; and WHEREAs, said
Aki , aninoug other thiings, willed, that Lott, a rie-
gro iman slave, and Esannah, a negro girl, the pro-
perlY of said Akirs, should be set free, and
rnnuEAls, the heirs of the said John Akins ave
peliiioned this Asseimbly to effectuate the provi-
sions of sard will ; now, shorild the said slaves so
emarncipated, give bond and eveltrity to the couin.
