twelty scvncll, to tihe trustees of tleir rCspectivc
counties whose recevpts shalll b3e good vouclhere
with the tecasurers of this State, and should any
shlerifl or an, other collect r, fil to pay over to
said trustees Mnd present receipto to he I reasurers at
the times required hy law for fettling Isettling] und
paying over State taxes, it shall he tiji' duty of the
treasure's to takejudgment us hetetofore ire cted
and the said once half when so collected lv the
said treasurers shall he paid over to the triustees
of the proper counties, and all monies so paid over
