or suit at law : And if any bond, for the not deposit-
ing of whici as aforesaid, a recovery may be olfected
as aforesaid, shall not be.deposited in said oflice by
the timu of effecting the first recovery, the party
comnpaining may cause another sunnlions of the same
Idid to he issued, and shall be entitled to another re-
co vcry of the samie.kind I  and there shall be succes-
si :untnonses and recoveries, until the production
if said bond in said oilice is effected.
