and Rlenry that are to be organized, shall be attached
to said circuit ; and that there shall be elected by
this Geoeral Assembly, one Circuit Judge, whoso
courts in said circuit, and -who shall have the same
powx ers, pnivileges, and emoluments, as the other cir-
cuit Judges in this state.
Site. 2. Be it endeled, That all appeals and writs
where tap   of error. and    in ithe nature of whits of error.
taken fromt the circuit courts in said ninth judicial
cirnit, shall be returmrd to, and decided in, the
cou nts of Errors and Appieals held at Clharlotte and
that thme said court ,,f Errors and Appeals shall have
the same powers aid jur-isdiction over the several
courts andi causes that are or may arise in said cir-
cuit, that is now. or may hereafter be, given to the
said court of Eirrors and Appeals, over the courts
aid causes in thew lifth judicial circuit.
15th Solcit-. Sic. 3. Be it enacled, That there shall be a dis-
arill district. trict, comi posemd of the counties of M'N airy, Harde-
-man and Sieiby, to be called the fifteenth Solicitoial
Distrit ; and there shall be elected a solicitor to
perornm the duties of said district enjoined on hiiq
by law, vith the saume power, privileges and emolut-
ments of the other Sonlicitors-General of this state.
SEc. 4. ie it enacted, That there shall be a dis-
16th solicit- trieL, coimiposed of tihe counties of Obion, Gibson,
orial district. Weakley and Dyer, to be called the sixteenth Solici-
torial District of' the state of Tennessee ; and that
there shall be elected a solicitor for said district,
wolise (ity, power, privileges, and emoluments, shall
be the same as those prescribed- by law for other
districts of this state.
