AX ACT to i crease the salary of the officers there.
ini named.
Sec. 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the
Stute of Tenness e, That hereafter tlie Judges of the
Pourt of Errors and Appeals, shall, each receive for
their snrt iceo, the sum of eighteen hundred dollars
perannum; and each of the Judges of the Circuit
Courts in this state shall receive one thousand three
hundred dollars per ainum.
. Sec. 2. Be it enacted, That from and after the twen
ty-cight of September, ue. thousand eight hundred
and twenty-one, the Governor of this state 'shall be
entitlcd to receive for his salary, ofrhe Treasureis of
this state, the sum of two thoiisan( ollars, payable in
the sanie manner that their salaries have lieen hereto.

Sec. 3. Be it enacted, That either of the Treas-
rers of this state, are hereby directed to pay to the
Secretary of State, of this state,-the sum of two hun-
dred and fifty dollars per annum, 'in addition to tlo
annual salary heretofore allpwed 'by law.  .
Sec. 4. Be it enacted, I hat this act' shill take effect
from and after the passing thereof.
