construction of said road, it may be necessary to cross or in-
tersect any established road or way, it shall be the duty of the
Board of Directors so to construct the said Plank Road across r n
quchl established road or way, as not to impede the passage or
transportation of persons or property along the sare; and if
in the construction of said Plank Road, or of any toll gate or
toll house, it may become lecessary or expedient to use or
clhange any portion of any established road or way, it may
be lawful for the Board of Directors to chalnge the said road
or roads at poinits where they may deem  it aecessary or ex-
pedient to do so; and for entering upon, or taking any land
