be recovered by warrant before ainy justice of the peace of

county: Provided, thit nrothing herein coitinled shall he
coistrnueid to provont any person or persons from working

That it shall not he lawful for any peiou or pers.ns to work
any seine in Tar river from the i fteeth dy of February
and until the twoury liflbh da of April, between sun rise on
Saturday nuowni n g, a'W  smu rise on MondaV morning.
Sec. 2. Tha t it siall not be lawful formny person or per-
sons to work any seine or drag net or to set ally hedge in
Pamlico rivor, fro; the filteenth of February until the
twity fifth of April, between sun set on Fiilay evening,
and sun rise on Monday morning.
Sec. 3. Thlfany prson orpersons who shall offendagainst
any of the provisions of this act by working a scine, shall
forfeit and pay for each and every offence, the suim of fifty
