AN ACT to amend an act of the Goneral Assembly of
Norh Carolina, passed at its s-ssion of 1816 and '7, en-
titled An Act to amend an aet, passed in IS27, entitled
'An Act to prevent he obstIrci o!] of fish passing Up the
Roanoke and Casiie Rivers and their waters.'
Sec. 1. lie it enaced by the G'cucr:tl AsstmblU of the
State of North 'iCarolina, and it i herecbU mnaced bU tle
authoriif <  Ihe saime, Tihat so noich of the net, possel at
the session of the General Assmbly in IS,16 and '7, as re-
laws to Rloanoke river, he and the saine is horchy repealed.
Sc. 2. Be ! 'rthcr enacted, That this act shall be in force
from and after i5 ratification.
