penalties agabst all clerks, sheriffs or other officers, who may fail
to make due return and payment, in the same manner as the

such officer shall prosecute for such penalties in the Superior

III. And be it further enacted, That all laws which require nepealing
separate and distinct accounts to be kept on the books of the clauze.
