Be it enacted by the General A.ssembl  of the S'ate of North
 Carolina. and it is hereby enacted by the authorily of the sae,

dit of one, two and three years, with interest from the day of
sale, requiring bond1 anid security, to be approved of by him, the
f1i obe llwtingv property, to wit: the Bushy 1ranch tract of land, and
ld to be   the Illacksnoish's Shop and Stable lots in the city of Raleigh,
wich were purchamed by the State at tile rate of the property of
the late John IHaywood, Equire; also the Machine tiractor land,
purchased by the State ait the sale made by the sherill' of Wake
by virite of anl orrder of sale at the instance of the State against
rvivis,.   tie heirs and deviees of the said Haywood: Provided, that each
if said tracts or parcels of land be valued by the Glovernor, Trea-
surer, Secr!tary of State and Comptroller, or a1 majority (df themin:
and in no case is the Treasurer authorised to make sal of said
land, ilor any part thercof, at a smaller sun than lte valination as
aforesaid.

Carolina, and it is hereby enacted by the arutihority of tie same.

vented from so returning to this State by sickness or other una-
