ing of the jury that said accused has violated the provisions of
this act, he, she or they shall by the said Court of Pleas and
Quarter Sessions be ordered to be sold; which sale shall vest an
absolute right of property in the purchaser in and to the accused,
and the proceeds thereof be equally divided between the inform-
er and the wardens of the poor of the county.
VI. And be it further enacted, That if' any slave shull refuse

Carolina, and it is hereby enacted by the authority of the same,
