X. Be itfurt her enacted, That a inajority of the acting justices

hon is prescribed by law; and no person shall be considered as

until the several bonds required by law shall have been received

Repealing    XI. Be it further enacted, '['hat all laws iand clauses of laws
lauise.    coming within the purview and meaning of this act, be, and the

conained shall be so consited as to repeal the law, or any part
