BE it enaetedby the General isrembly of the State of North- Carolina and it is
hereby ,enacted by the authority of the sane, '[hit ih all cases where a.Militia man
shallhave performed a tour of sel vi.e either as a Voltinteer or dafted, militia man, negu atin
vihther upon the requisition of the United States or of this State.he ihallo icit be drafts.

ft. Aid be, it further enacted, That she regiment in the Codnty of Ashe, shall
