SEc. 5. Be it fure enacted, That it shall be
tho' duty of said board, to, elc , from their own
munboi a tretsIa'er, who shall take chargo of the
accounts, andfitnds of said ,hospital, and pay out
saidfui1s itpnthe warrant of tho, board, signed
by the liesident thereof.
SEC. 6. Be it farther enacted, That this act shall
take effect from and after its passage, and.all acts
or parts of acts in contravention of this- act, be,
and the same are hereby repealed.

CHAPTER LVII.
AN  ACT tobe entitled an act for the relief Eilly J. Wiggins, a citizen of
Carroll county.
SEc. 1. Be it enacted by the Legislature of the
State of Mississippi, That Emily J. Wiggins, a
minor, of Carroll county, be and she is hereby
authorized and ompowered, by bill of sale, under
her hand and seal, to make a good and valid title
to a slave Jesso, formerly owned by her, and sold
by her and her lusband, and said bill of sale when
so made, shall vest as complete a title in the per-
son to whom it was made, as if said Emily, J.
Wiggins, had been of age, when she sold said
slave and had executed a valid title tothe saue.
SEc. 2. Be it farther enacted, That this act shall
be in force from and after its passage.
