sessment, it shall be the duty of the Board ofPolice
at its first meeting after a knowledge of the fact,
to reassess the tax so enjoined, and require the
Sheriff to collect the same within sixty days, and
should the person enjoining fail in his suit the court
shall award fifty per cent. damages upon the disso-
lution of the said injanction, together with costs.
SEc. 4. Be it fither enacted, That the time for
thelocation of any of the swamp lands scrip issued to Se p.
the county of Coahoma, under previous acts of the
Legislature, be and the same is hereby extended to
the first day of April, 1858, any law to the con-
trary notwithstanding,
SEC. 5. Be it further enacted, That this act take
effect and be in force from and after its passage.

CHAPTER CIV.
AN ACT for tho benefit of Mary Iill, Emma Iill and Sarah Hill, minors, of
, arroll county.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the Legislature of the
State of .Mississippi, That it shall be lawful for H. Slaves oceald
W. Hill, the guardian of said minors, to employ   '
the slaves of said II. W. Hill and the slaves of said
minors in common in the cultivation of the lands
and tenements of said minors.
SEc. 2. Be it further enacted, That the expenses
necessarily incurred in conducting the planting Profits to be
operations to be performed by the said slaves on  pro
said lands shall be paid by said H. W. Hill and
said minors pro rata, according to the number and
quality of slaves owned by the said H. W. Hill
and the said minors, and that the profits arising
from the lahor of said slaves shall, in like manner,
be divided between I. W. Hill and said minors
pro rata according to the number and quality of
the slaves so employed by said H. W. Hill and said
minors.
SEC. 3. Be it further enacted, That said H. W.
Hill shall pay to said minors a reasonable annual
rent for the use and occupation of said lands to be
assessed as hereinafter provided.
