SE. 2. Be it further enacted, That this act shall
take effect and be in force from and after its pas-
sage.

Ssc. 1. Be it enacted by t/w Legislature of the
State of .fississippi, That the room  in the State
Capitol, formerly occupied by the Chancellor of
the Sup crior Court of Chancery, iSlLerolby appro-
priated to the use 0of the Reporter of the decisions
of the High Court of Errors and Appeals.
Sna. 2. Be it further enacted, That this act take
effect and be in force from and after its passagc.

March the second, eighteen hindred and OIfty-four,
authorizing tie levying and coleciug a tax of ton
cents on each andI very slave in Noxuhce county
for patrol pur es, be and the same is hereby re-
pealed.
Sv.. 2. &e it further enactrd, That all money
collected by thito act that siall not he expended b;
the Ilrst dav of January next, shall be ptwa'ed tn
the credit ol the county and umay be expenthed for
the use of the county.
