CIAPTgR 1.-SECTION 1.
AN ACT in relatloo to the Public Revenue.
APT. 1. *The qualified electors of each county,  g
sliall, biennially, choose an assessor of taxes for said tax asses.

sureties, to be approved as directed by law,
