CHAPTER 278.
AN ACT for the relief of Jonathan Benge.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the Legislature of the
State of lississippi, That Jonathan Bengp, of Leake
county be and he is hereby restored to all the rights
*of a citizen of the State of Mississippi, as fully and
.effectually as though he had never forfeited the
same.
SEC. 2. Be it further enacted, That this act shall
take effect and be in force from and after its pas-
sage.

AN ACT to amend an act incorporating the town of Woodville in
the county of Wilkinson, approved the 10th of February, 1836.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the Legislature of May eab-

may conceive there is danger, by any means, of the
introduction, within the corporate limits of said town,
from any place without the same, of yellow fever,
small pox, or any other dangerous contagious or in-
fectious disease, to ordain and establish such quar-
aitine or other regulations, to prevent the introduc-
tion of any such contagious or infectious disease
within said town, as said corporate suthorities may
